ordering and shipping


we apologize for the inconvenience, but in order to give you the best security protection, we have chosen to use buy now buttons. this means that each item must be bought and paid for separately.

all of our payments are handled by paypal. you can check out using a credit or debit card without needing to be a paypal member.

please note that we only ship to the address paypal provides us, so make sure your information is correct before playing your order!

if there is any delay or questions about your order we will contact you at the email that paypal has provided.

we can ship shells internationally, but not food.


we ship via the usps and generally ship within one to two business days.

tracking numbers are provided when your package is ready to ship. we print postage the day before mailing, so tracking may not update until the following evening.

we are not responsible for packages once they have been marked delivered by the usps. we are happy to send packages as ‘hold at post office’, please let us know you prefer this in the special instructions at checkout.

in the event of a package suffering damage in the mail, you must contact us before midnight the day of delivery. you must retain all packaging material including the box and any damaged items. you may be required to show these items to your local post office in order to quality for a replacement or refund, as most items have been insured.

we may be able to send your package via ups or fedex for a surcharge. please contact us if you would prefer this method. orders that have been placed with requests for a shipping carrier other than the usps will be canceled and will be need to be placed again with the updated shipping charges.
